Biography
Ezra Wohlgelernter is one of the three founders of Feldman Shepherd. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Yeshiva University in 1978, and is a 1981 graduate of Temple University School of Law.
Mr. Wohlgelernter is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, and has successfully tried complex cases in each of these jurisdictions. His practice is concentrated in medical negligence, premises liability, motor vehicle/truck litigation and other significant personal injury claims.
Mr. Wohlgelernter has regularly contributed to both continuing legal education and community activities. Mr. Wohlgelernter is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, New York and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations.
For close to 30 years, Mr. Wohlgelernter has served in various leadership positions within the Philadelphia Jewish Community, including serving as a Trustee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, Auerbach Central Agency for Jewish Education, and President of the Philadelphia Community Kollel (Institute for Advanced Talmudic Research). He currently serves as vice chair of the SeniorLAW Center.
Mr. Wohlgelernter was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® in 2005, 2009, 2010, and 2011 by Thomson Reuters, published annually in Philadelphia magazine.
