Giordano represented the personal injury plaintiff’s position. The defendant’s position was represented by Brian Hunkins. The Honorable Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina, P.J.Civ., of Camden, represented the court’s point of view.
The seminar was part of the NJ Skills and Methods course for new attorneys.
