Medical Malpractice Attorney Andrew Mitnick Joins Philadelphia Personal Injury Firm Feldman Shepherd
Andrew K. Mitnick, Esq. has joined the Philadelphia personal injury law firm of Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig. Mitnick will concentrate his practice in medical malpractice issues.
Formally of Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. of Philadelphia, Mitnick has litigated numerous nursing home cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, which resulted in settlements totaling several million dollars. Mitnick also has experience litigating civil, medical malpractice, toxic tort, product liability and premises liability matters.

Mitnick began his legal career in 1997. In addition to his experience as a plaintiff’s attorney, Mitnick also served as a defense attorney for six years. He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is co-author of “A Possessor of Land’s Liability for the Criminal Acts of a Third Party.” He resides in Jamison, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
