Alan M. Feldman, Esq. will present “7 Questions You Should Ask in Every Case” as part of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s ongoing Pennsylvania Masters Series of continuing legal education seminars. The Masters Series taps the state’s top trial lawyers, who share their years of courtroom experience with fellow members of the Pennsylvania trial bar. Attorney James F. Mundy, Esq. will join Feldman in presenting “7 Questions You Should Ask in Every Case” on June 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Top of the Tower on Arch Street in Philadelphia.
“I'm pleased to share my experience as a trial lawyer for more than 30 years with my colleagues," said Feldman. “The Pennsylvania Masters Series offers outstanding educational opportunities throughout the year, and I am honored to be selected as a faculty member.”
As part of “7 Questions You Should Ask in Every Case,” Feldman will address recognizing potential blockbuster cases; maximizing case values; utilizing aggressive discovery; taking effective depositions; selecting demonstrative evidence; handling jury selection; and will offer his personal trial tips.
Feldman was named a 2007 and 2008
Top 100 Super Lawyer in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, and a 2008 Pennsylvania Product Liability Super Lawyer. He served as Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association and its 13,000 members in 2006. He is also a past President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Feldman’s recent successes include a $10 million settlement in an airbag non-deployment case, a verdict of more than $4 million for an infant killed in a trucking accident, and $6 million and $5.6 million verdicts in separate class action cases against a major automobile manufacturer.
Feldman’s diverse practice includes
auto defect (crashworthiness) cases, medical malpractice litigation, class actions on behalf of consumers and other significant civil matters. He frequently serves as faculty in programs devoted to the development of trial advocacy skills and continuing legal education both locally and nationally.
