Biography

Trish Giordano has extensive litigation experience in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties as well as southern and central New Jersey. She represents individuals in complex matters including catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice and pharmaceutical errors. In addition to trying cases, Ms. Giordano has written numerous appellate briefs, which she has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts. Ms. Giordano's skills and ethics have been recognized by her fellow attorneys and she has been awarded an AV Peer Rating by Martindale Hubbell, its highest rating. Based on this rating, she has been recognized as one of the Top Women Lawyers in the Northeast in the practice area of personal injury.

Ms. Giordano graduated from New England School of Law where she received the Student Bar Association Outstanding Achievement Award. She was also awarded a scholarship by the Boston Chapter of the Justinian Law Society. After law school, Ms. Giordano clerked for the Honorable Tullio Gene Leomporra, Chief Magistrate of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She currently serves as a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice's Board of Governors, co-chair of its Women Lawyers Caucus and member of its Civil Trial Practice Committee. Ms. Giordano is also a member of the Philadelphia and Camden County Bar Associations as well as the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and Pennsylvania Association for Justice. She has also been selected as a member of The National Trial Lawyers, a professional organization of America's top trial lawyers.

Ms. Giordano is involved in a number of community activities. For nearly 10 years, she served as Chairperson of the Camden County Child Placement Review Board, a group of community volunteers who provide recommendations to the court regarding the placement of children taken out of the home and termination of parental rights. Ms. Giordano also serves as a mentor for local high school and college students considering a career in law through programs like the Philadelphia Bar Association Advanced Civics Education (A.C.E.) program. A.C.E. provides supplemental civics education in areas such as fundamental principles of citizenship, democracy and dispute resolution to ninth grade public school students. She is also a regular speaker at, panelist for and participant of student-focused educational programs such as the University of Pennsylvania Mock Trial Team Benjamin Franklin Invitational, Rutgers Law School Camden’s Small & Mid-Size Law Firm Panel and Rutgers Law School Camden’s Student Speed Networking Event, among others.

Ms. Giordano lives with her husband in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
