In July 2009, Attorney Daniel S. Weinstock announced that a civil lawsuit was filed on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Slutsky of Penndel, Pa., for the wrongful death of their two-year-old son Daniel against the owner of a daycare center. The complaint said that Daniel was left locked and unattended in the back of a Toyota Sienna Minivan with the windows closed for more than six hours.
