Ezra Wohlgelernter, Esq., Partner in the Philadelphia personal injury law firm Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig served as faculty for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice Proving the Premises Liability Case Seminar on April 7, 2010 in Philadelphia.

Wohlgelernter, along with Joel D. Feldman, Esq., Jack F. Dowling, CPP, PSP, Kenneth M. Dubrow, Esq., Marshall Scott Gemberling, Esq., David L. Kwass, Esq., Mark J. LeWinter, Esq., and David H. Fleisher, shared law and practice tips on the topics of civil liability for criminal acts of third parties; slips, trips and falls; workplace safety; assault cases; and trespassers, code violations, BOCA, municipal ordinances and OSHA.

One of the three founders of Feldman Shepherd, Wohlgelernter is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, and has successfully tried complex cases in each of these jurisdictions. His practice is concentrated in medical negligence, premises liability, motor vehicle and truck litigation and other significant personal injury claims. Wohlgelernter regularly contributes to both continuing legal education and community activities. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, New York and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations.

Wohlgelernter graduated from Yeshiva University and Temple University School of Law. He currently resides in Philadelphia.
