Super Lawyers names Pennsylvania's top lawyers as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics. 2009 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers is based on surveys of the more than 36,000 lawyers across the state who have been licensed for five years or more. The goal is to select as Super Lawyers the top 5 percent of Pennsylvania attorneys in more than 60 practice areas. Pennsylvania Super Lawyers is published annually in the June issues of Philadelphia magazine, which has a readership of more than 486,000, and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine, which is mailed to more than 49,000 readers.
