Biography
Andrew K. Mitnick has extensive litigation experience in counties throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in medical malpractice and complex matters involving catastrophic injuries. For the past four years, Mr. Mitnick has represented individuals who were the victims of nursing home abuse and neglect.
Mr. Mitnick graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1994, having made the Dean’s list every semester. He earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1997, and also attended Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law as a visiting student in 1996-1997.
Mr. Mitnick is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the federal courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
