Philadelphia personal injury attorneys from the law firm of Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig LLP will present a free continuing legal education (CLE) program, “Creative Lawyering from Investigation to Verdict,” on April 27, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. including breakfast and lunch at the Bell Atlantic Building, Top of the Tower in Philadelphia.

Presented by Feldman Shepherd in association with The Legal Intelligencer, the free, four-credit CLE (including one ethics credit) will cover a broad range of trial topics including a review of how “no-liability” personal injury cases were turned into seven- and eight-figure recoveries; tips and strategies to make the most of catastrophic cases; new methods to improve deposition and discovery skills; creative investigation, negotiation, trial and advocacy techniques; effective use of technology in the courtroom; and the effects of social media on litigation and the practice of law. Fox Rothschild Co-Chair Abraham C. Reich will also address ethics matters during the program. Seats are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
