Feldman Shepherd Presents Sold-Out “Creative Lawyering” CLE

In October, Feldman Shepherd held a sold-out “Creative Lawyering: Innovative Strategies to Enhance the Value of Your Case” CLE at the Top of the Tower in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Carol Nelson Shepherd began the seminar by presenting on enhancing your depositions to get the biggest medical malpractice results. Alan Feldman then presented on the effectiveness of using the rules of the road to try automotive accident cases. Mark Tanner and Peter Newman then spoke on the effective techniques for cross-examining experts, after which, John Dodig presented on the importance of opening statements and the tips and techniques used to secure a verdict. After a short break, Roberta Pichini, with the help of Ezra Wohlgelernter, Carolyn Chopko, and Andrew Mitnick, presented on the ethical pitfalls that occur when representing difficult clients.
