Thomas W. Grammer, a native of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national honor society. Mr. Grammer served as law clerk for Judge Patricia A. McInerney of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, and subsequently for Judge Richard B. Klein of Pennsylvania Superior Court. After completing his clerkships, Mr. Grammer represented plaintiffs in federal securities fraud litigation while at Schiffrin and Barroway LLP. He is also a graduate of West Chester University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in foreign languages, with a concentration in Spanish.
