For nearly 20 years Tom Marrone has creatively and aggressively represented individuals in a variety of complex civil litigation matters, especially class actions, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, personal injury claims involving catastrophic injury, HMO liability, attorney malpractice, product liability, and appellate advocacy. He has served as class counsel in cutting edge class actions involving privacy issues, HMO liability, fraud, and consumer protection.
A member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Mr. Marrone has instructed other lawyers on class action litigation and on sophisticated insurance coverage matters, and has argued a number of cases before Pennsylvania's appellate courts. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations.
Along with others in the firm, Mr. Marrone is committed to providing legal services to those who cannot afford to pay a lawyer, and he maintains an active portfolio of pro bono matters from, among others, Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
Mr. Marrone is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a partner with the firm.

Mr. Marrone was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his Undergraduate and Law Degrees from Villanova University, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy. His recent successes include:
- A $3.5 million class action settlement for invasion of privacy on behalf of mental health patients treated by a fraudulent psychiatrist
- A $3.4 million settlement for a worker who fell ten stories from the roof of an apartment building
- Class Certification and Summary Judgement in a class action on behalf of thousands of individuals and professionals who were overbilled by a medical record copy service
- Settlement of a class action against the Philadelphia Gas Works for testing of homes for mercury following PGW's removal of gas regulators (pending court approval)
